معلومات المنتجات
نسعى إلى عرض صور وأوصاف وأسعار المنتجات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. قد تختلف الألوان بشكل بسيط بحسب شاشة الجهاز، كما قد تُصحَّح أي أخطاء غير مقصودة في المعلومات أو الأسعار.
الطلبات والأسعار
يُعد إرسال الطلب طلبًا للشراء، ويصبح مؤكدًا بعد موافقة KAROUT SHOPPING عليه. نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب عند وجود خطأ في السعر أو المعلومات، أو عند عدم توفر المنتج، مع إبلاغ الزبون بذلك. تُعرض الأسعار بالدولار الأميركي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
الدفع
يجب على الزبون تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إتمام الطلب. تُطبّق وسائل الدفع المتوفرة والمبيّنة أثناء تقديم الطلب.
التوصيل
مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف بحسب المنطقة والظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا. تظهر رسوم التوصيل أو يتم إبلاغ الزبون بها قبل تأكيد الطلب.
المنتجات التالفة
لا يتوفر الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو متضررًا. يجب إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وإرسال رقم الطلب وصور أو فيديو واضح يبيّن الضرر. تخضع جميع الطلبات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المنشورة على الموقع.
الاستخدام المسموح
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو محاولة تعطيله، أو إساءة استخدام محتواه أو خدماته.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع الأسماء والشعارات والصور والتصاميم والمحتوى الخاص بـ KAROUT SHOPPING محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون موافقة مسبقة.
الخصوصية
تُعالَج معلومات الزبائن وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على الموقع، وتُستخدم لتنفيذ الطلبات وتقديم الخدمة والتواصل عند الحاجة.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order number along with clear photos or a video showing the damage.
