سياسة التوصيل

يتوفر التوصيل إلى جميع المناطق اللبنانية.

تتراوح مدة التوصيل المتوقعة بين يوم واحد و5 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف بحسب ضغط الطلبات، الأحوال الجوية، أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

رسوم التوصيل هي 3.5$ لجميع المناطق اللبنانية. قد تزداد الرسوم فقط إذا كان الطلب كبيرًا أو ثقيلًا، بحسب حجمه ووزنه، ويتم إبلاغ الزبون بالكلفة الإضافية قبل تأكيد الطلب.

يجب على الزبون التأكد من إدخال الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان بشكل صحيح وكامل. قد نتواصل مع الزبون لتأكيد الطلب ومعلومات التوصيل.

في حال تعذّر التواصل مع الزبون أو كان العنوان غير صحيح أو غير مكتمل، قد يتأخر الطلب أو يُلغى.

Shipping Policy

Delivery is available throughout Lebanon.

The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

The standard delivery fee is 3.5$ throughout Lebanon. Additional charges may apply only to large or heavy orders, depending on their size and weight. The customer will be informed of any additional delivery charges before the order is confirmed.

Customers must provide a correct and complete name, phone number, and delivery address. We may contact the customer to confirm the order and delivery information.

If we are unable to contact the customer, or if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
